All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Our operations are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • We offer same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • We offer next day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Egypt and Lebanon.
  • Customers in the UAE & KSA can buy now and pay later with our partner Tabby.
  • For International shipping, please allow 5–7 working days.
  • Jewellery items will be shipped within 5 days of order, after which the standard shipping terms apply.
