Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Dubai and we ship internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Our operations are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
- We offer same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
- We offer next day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Egypt and Lebanon.
- Customers in the UAE & KSA can buy now and pay later with our partner Tabby.
- For International shipping, please allow 5–7 working days.
- Jewellery items will be shipped within 5 days of order, after which the standard shipping terms apply.
